patek calibre 350 backwind リューズが裏蓋にあるタイプの機械です。 文字盤側から見るとリューズがないのでドレッシーな外観。 側面にマキシンがないので薄型で外周を目一杯使った大きなローターが配置できます。 ヨツバネっぽい構造の巻真が使われています。 スポット溶接のセラミック？ボールベアリングのローターは衝撃で外れないかちょっと心配ですがイケメンムーブメントです。 patek calibre 350 backwind This type of movement has the crown on the back cover. The watch face is dressy looking with no crown. A large rotor is used because there is no stem on the side. A winding stem with a sleeve-type like construction is used. Ceramic ball bearing rotor with spot welding. I am a little worried that it might come off due to impact. ネジの表面仕上げ 青焼きの逆ネジが折れました。 汎用の逆ネジはあるけど角ばっている、、。 ドライバー溝を削って広げて幅を合わせ、肩の部分を丸く落として磨き、青焼き。 溝の部分を切り直して銀色を出して完成😄 Screw surface finish A blue steel reverse screw broke off. There is a general-purpose reverse screw but it edge is sharp. The screwdriver groove was shaved and widened to match the width, the shoulder was rounded off and polished, and then heated for blueing. longines 8days power reserve 古いロンジンの longines 8days power reserve 古いロンジンの置き時計、香箱軸が破損していました。 手巻き用のツマミがあるタイプでしたが割れて部品無し。 巻鍵を使って巻き上げする方式に変更して別作しました。 結構な太さがあるので削り出すのがものすごく大変でした。 longines 8days power reserve An old Longines clock with a broken barrel axle. It had a knob for manual winding, but the knob was broken and there were no parts. I changed it to the method of winding by using a winding key and made it. verege fusee フュジー機構とバージ脱進機 振り子時計から進化していく過程の脱進機構です。 テンプに力を伝える動作順序も掛け時計の退却型脱進機を横にしたらこうなるかな？と言う仕組みです。 フュジーの方はかなり薄いチェーン用のスネイル。 厚みが適正でないチェーンが使われていたのでフュジーの溝が潰れてしまい、適正なサイズのチェーンでも溝に入らなくなっていました。 どう直したらいいものか悩みましたがうまい具合に修正できました。 さらに一般的なチェーン長では足りず、同じ太さのチェーンを2本使って繋いで対応しました。 VERGE Fusee fusee & verge escapement This is an escapement mechanism in the process of evolving from a pendulum clock. The sequence of operation to transmit power to the balance is similar to that of a retreating escapement in a wall clock. Fusee snail for a very thin chain. The groove had crushed because an incorrect thickness chain was used by someone. I wondered how to fix it, but I was able to fix it successfully. 入れホゾ修理が何件か続きました。 ビンテージなクロノグラフの3番車、チャックしにくい側が摩耗して動きが悪い。 ステップチャックで歯車を固定して穴を空けて直します。 A few broken pivots have been repaired. Vintage chronograph 3rd wheel. The side that is hard to chuck is worn. elgin ダイレクトリード ジャンピングアワー ジャンピングが機能していないのとテンシン折れでした。 ジャンピング系は微妙〜な調整が必要でハマると難儀します。 前は1発で行けたので今回も、、と思いましたがそんなに甘くない😢大ハマりしました。 elgin direct reading watch Jumping Hour Jumping was not functioning and the balance pivot was broken. シチズンハイソニック　3721 音叉時計 シチズンハイソニック　3721 音叉時計 水銀電池の時代に作られた時計ですので正常に動かすには1.35vで駆動させる必要があります。 参加銀電池1.55vでもインデックス車への圧力をあげて強引に使うこともできますが精度はそれなりになります。 絶滅したと思っていた1.35v電池アダプタがまだ存在していましたのでオリジナル通りに調整できました。 水銀電池に比べると駆動時間が弱点になってしまいますが大変いい精度がでます。 音叉時計の肝、インデックス車、0.5mmのシャーペンの芯と並べると小ささがよくわかります。 小さすぎて見えませんがこの歯車には320個のギザギザの歯が切ってあります。 どんな機械で歯をつけていたんでしょう？？ Citizen Hi-Sonic 3721 Tuning Fork Clock Since this watch was made in the era of mercury batteries, it must be driven by a 1.35v battery to work properly. It is possible to use a 1.55v silver oxide battery by increasing the pressure on the index wheel, but the accuracy will be poor. The 1.35v battery adapter, which I thought was extinct, still existed, so I was able to adjust it as the original. Although the operating time is less than that of a mercury battery, the accuracy is very good. This is an index wheel of a tuning fork clock. You can see how small it is when you put it side by side with a 0.5mm mechanical pencil lead. It is too small to see, but there are 320 teeth cut on this gear. 鳩時計 時計本体は分解掃除で問題なかったのだけれど、オルゴールのガバナー部分の歯車が割れて動かない。 なぜこの歯車だけプラスチックで作るのか？ 割れて一歯だけ歯の間隔が広いので詰まって止まります。 溶かして繋げてみましたがやはり強度が足りない、、。 手元にあるサウンドボックスは軸の長さが違うけど歯車の大きさは近そう。 一体成型の軸を削り飛ばして移植、復活しました。 ※掛け時計の修理は近隣にお住まいの方のみの対応となります。宅配修理は受け付けていません。 Cuckoo clock The clock itself was fine after disassembling and cleaning, but the cogwheel of the governor part of the music box is cracked and does not work. Why is only this gear made of plastic? It is cracked , only one tooth has a wide gap between the teeth, so it is stuck and stops. I tried to connect them by melting them, but they are not strong enough. The sound box I have at hand has a different shaft length, but the gears seem to be close in size. The p2002 8-day winding movement designed by Panerai in 2002. The Hebdomas ran for 8 days on a single main spring 120 cm long. The p2002, on the other hand, ran for 8 days on three main springs.The total length of these three springs is about 170 cm. Many things have evolved over the past 100 years.
